Physical exercise, in all of its forms, with or without the use of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells or any
other equipment that may be suggested by KrissyB content or training programs, is stressful on the body.
Accordingly, you are urged and advised and shall take steps to seek the advice of a physician before
beginning any physical exercise regimen, routine, or program or using any suggested equipment shown on
the Website. You understand that KrissyB is not a medical organisation and its coaches or staff cannot give you
medical advice or diagnosis. You are never required to perform any suggestions and comments within the
KrissyB Website relating to physical activity, nutrition, instructions, or the use of equipment. If you do so, then
you are carrying them voluntarily and at your election. You shall not construe anything contained in the
Website as any form of any medical, health, or nutritional advice or diagnosis.
By accessing the Website or using the Service, you understand that physical exercise in any form carries the
risk of injury whether physical or mental. You understand that it is your responsibility to know your physical
and mental capabilities for activities you chose to do. You shall be responsible to ensure that by participating
in and using the Service and other activities from KrissyB, you will not exceed your limits while performing,
participating in, or using the Service or other activities through the Website. You shall select the appropriate
level of activity for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions or limitations you
may have. From time to time, KrissyB, through coaches or staff, may suggest physical adjustments or the use
of equipment but you shall be solely responsible to determine if any such suggested adjustment or
equipment is appropriate for your level of ability or physical or mental condition. You expressly waive and
release any claim that you may have at any time for any injury of any kind related to your use of or
participation in the Service against KrissyB, or any person or entity involved or in any way associated with KrissyB,
including, without limitation, its directors, officers, principals, coaches, independent contractors, employees,
agents, contractors, affiliates, and representatives.
You understand that any content accessible through KrissyB is provided for informational, educational, or
entertainment purposes only. Such content is not intended to be a substitute for professional fitness or
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must seek the advice of your physician or other qualified
healthcare or fitness provider to address your questions or concerns regarding a fitness program promoted

Eligibility To Purchase
All products and services on the Site are sold by KrissyB. Your placement of an order through
the Site is deemed your acceptance of an order. Once you place an order through the Site, you will be
directed to an order confirmation page and an email confirming your order will be sent to the email address
you provided to KrissyB.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. We require:

- Phone number,
- E-mail address; and
- Other requested information as indicated.
Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid
and correct. You must confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Delivery
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept

Please note, that if no signature is obtained, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that KrissyB
can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a
signature for proof of delivery. You authorize KrissyB to leave the package(s) at the shipping address without
obtaining a signature and release and indemnify KrissyB from liability for any loss or damage that may result
from leaving the package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. Estimated delivery times
are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, KrissyB are not responsible for any
delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

is the responsibility of the customer to account for taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all
import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is
necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. On your order, please provide accurate contact

Processing Time
Orders placed Monday - Friday will begin processing that day. Orders placed on Saturday - Sunday will
begin processing on the next business day.
If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
Returns And Exchanges
If you are not delighted with your purchase, you are able to return it for a full refund within 14 days of
delivery. You are responsible for incurring all the ground shipping costs associated with the items you would
like to return or exchange unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Returns must be postmarked within 14
days of the delivery date to be accepted for processing. When we receive the return shipment the value of
the merchandise will be refunded to your credit card.
Returns must be sent in its original condition with the tags unbroken. Please return items to the below
